Comma support

Commanet support can now be contacted exclusively on 0845 3452231. Please do not leave support requests at the commanet office.
Additionally you can email support@commanet.org, attaching a completed bug report sheet.

Note that support is only available for the period specified when you purchased the software, that being 3 months from first support request contact (which must be within the first 2 years of purchase) for stand-alone Comma owners and for 4 years from purchase date for 3 year web-hosting and support package purchasers.

Additional support can be purchased on a per-incident basis.

Comma updates

You should always update to the latest version of Comma.
If your computer is connected to the internet then:

1. Open Comma (Full or Taster)
2. Enter Edit mode
3. Click the check the internet for updates
4. Save the file to your computer, or choose Run
5. If you have not installed to the default location then you will need to find your installation and overwrite the existing file.
   
   
6. If you do not have access to the internet from your Comma computer then download here.
