Through TroutQuest, Roger Dowsett offers a wide variety of fly fishing holidays and short breaks (with or without accommodation), for salmon, sea trout and wild brown trout from his base in Evanton, Ross-shire, just 20 miles north of Inverness. Roger also offers custom guided fly fishing excursions throughout the Northern Highlands and STANIC-qualified instruction for beginners in fly casting and fly fishing. TroutQuest has leases on salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Alness, and brown trout fishing on a number of lochs both locally and in Caithness. Roger can provide guiding on any of these waters, and instruction in fly casting for trout can be arranged on any of the >lochs or at a private lochan stocked with rainbow trout.
